More Than A Race: Where Running, Food, and Music Come Together

Public enthusiasm for running in Indonesia continues to grow, evolving into part of a modern lifestyle. Responding to this trend, Crystalin once again presents Crystalin RunXperience 2026, which will take place in Surabaya on July 19, 2026, and Jakarta on October 4, 2026.

After successfully attracting 8,400 participants last year, Crystalin RunXperience 2026 returns on a larger scale, targeting 5,000 participants in Surabaya and 10,000 participants in Jakarta.

Carrying the spirit of #MoreThanARace, Crystalin RunXperience 2026 is a national-scale running event that combines sports, music entertainment, and culinary experiences into one fun and integrated event. In Surabaya, the event features 2.5K Fun Run, 5K, and 10K categories, open to participants from all walks of life.

“Through Crystalin RunXperience 2026, we aim to create a positive activity that not only encourages an active lifestyle but also serves as a space for togetherness that can be enjoyed by everyone,” said Wijoyo Setionegoro, Managing Director Water Division.

Crystalin RunXperience 2026 Surabaya will be held at Surabaya City Hall, strategically located in the city center. In addition to race day activities, visitors can also enjoy various entertainment attractions and local culinary offerings through the Crystalin Food Xperience area, available from race pack collection until the event day.

As part of its commitment to supporting local businesses and the regional creative industry, Crystalin is collaborating with Montee as the official race jersey provider for Crystalin RunXperience 2026 Surabaya. This collaboration reflects Crystalin’s commitment to involving more local potential in every event.

Bi Sukma Kurniawati also welcomed the event positively in Surabaya.

Sports enthusiast Michelle Kasenda believes that running events today have evolved into spaces for social interaction that can be enjoyed by people from different backgrounds.

“It is interesting to see how running events today are no longer just sports competitions, but also spaces to build connections, enjoy entertainment, and create shared experiences,” she said.

Through this event, Crystalin also aims to reinforce its commitment as a mineral water brand that supports the importance of staying hydrated during physical activities.

Medical support from Siloam Hospitals as the Official Hospital Partner will help ensure that the race runs safely and comfortably for all participants. The support of medical personnel and emergency preparedness services are essential parts of providing a safe and optimal running experience.

On the same occasion, Febriyanti Chandra emphasized the importance of preparing the body through gradual training, proper rest, and maintaining hydration while participating in running activities.

“Running events like this can become positive activities that encourage people to live healthier and more active lifestyles. However, physical preparation, adequate rest, and proper hydration remain important factors to ensure that exercise can be carried out safely and optimally,” explained Dr. Febriyanti Chandra.

Crystalin has also prepared various participant benefits, including race packs, race jerseys, medals, and other exciting products.

As Crystalin RunXperience 2026 Surabaya approaches in approximately two months, participant safety and security remain the organizer’s top priority. Various operational strategies and risk management measures have been prepared to ensure the entire event runs safely and comfortably.

“Along all race routes in every category, we will provide water stations equipped with Crystalin mineral water and isotonic drinks. In addition, security personnel and ambulance points will be stationed in several strategic areas throughout the race as part of our commitment to ensuring safety and comfort for all participants,” said Pranata Adiwijaya from event organizer Dekai.

Pranata also added that Crystalin RunXperience 2026 has prepared podium prizes for the fastest runners, with total prizes worth hundreds of millions of rupiah across all men’s and women’s categories, as well as a Best Costume Competition with prizes worth IDR 3 million for the top three participants with the best costumes.
